What Is Syndicate Management?
Mikana AssetShare is Zimbabwe’s first platform for fractional ownership of high-value assets. We make it possible for several people to co-own a house, apartment, or vehicle, rather than one person paying the full price. This model is ideal for those who only need these assets occasionally – whether you’re a Zimbabwean in the diaspora longing to “own a piece of home”, a group of friends dreaming of a shared holiday house, an apartment, or a vehicle during visits.

Can I Own More Than One Share?
Yes, co-owners don’t have to split the asset equally. You can own as much or as little as suits your needs. For example, one person might own 1/8 of a vehicle, while another owns 2/8 or even 5/8.
Access, costs, and responsibilities are all shared proportionally.
You get more usage time if you own a larger share
You contribute more to running costs
And you still enjoy full transparency and flexibility
It’s co-ownership, customised to how much you want to use the asset.
Ongoing Costs, Handled for You
Once your share is purchased, the only ongoing cost is a small monthly charge to cover cleaning and basic maintenance. Mikana takes care of everything, so when it’s your turn to use the asset, it’s spotless, stocked, and ready to enjoy.
For co-owners who only spend a few weeks a year in Zimbabwe, this service is invaluable. Instead of wasting time cleaning or organising, you can arrive and immediately start making the most of your stay, whether it's relaxing in your holiday home or enjoying trips in your vehicle. It’s a small cost for peace of mind, comfort, and more quality time during your visit.
